Booking requests

Submitting a booking through this site is a request for a cleaning appointment, not a guaranteed contract until confirmed. No account or online payment is required to request a booking — you only provide your name and contact details.

Payment

Payment is made directly to Melo Cleaning Services after the cleaning is completed, using whichever method is agreed with the business owner. No payment details are collected through this website.

Cancellations and changes

To cancel or reschedule a booking, contact us using the details below as early as possible so the time slot can be offered to someone else.
