Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Customers booking a cleaning: name, phone number, and optionally an email address and notes, submitted through the booking form.
• Family members leaving a message: a name (chosen from a fixed list), a short text message, an optional emoji, and an optional photo.
• The business owner (admin): when the Google Calendar connection is enabled, we store the connected Google account's email address and an encrypted access token used to read and write calendar events on her behalf.

How we use Google user data

When the business owner connects her Google account, the app uses the Google Calendar API solely to:

• Create, update, and delete calendar events for confirmed bookings.
• Check existing events for availability when a customer picks a time slot.
• Read events created directly in her Google Calendar so they can appear inside the app as bookings.

Google Calendar data is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used for anything other than powering this scheduling feature. Only the business owner's own calendar is accessed, and only after she explicitly connects it in the admin panel. She can disconnect it at any time from the same screen, which stops all access immediately.

Where data is stored

Booking and message data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database (Neon, hosted in the EU). Uploaded photos are stored with Vercel Blob. The app itself runs on Vercel. Google account tokens are encrypted before being stored and are never exposed in the app's interface.

Data retention

Booking records are kept as the business's service history. Family messages are automatically removed from the admin's view 24 hours after being posted. Anyone can ask for their data to be reviewed or deleted by contacting us below.
